It’s that time of year again where we set new goals and reflect on our past goals.
The fresh start of a new year can be both encouraging and paralyzing. Thinking about all the things you wanted to do the past year, but never even started. Or maybe it’s something you’ve had on your goal list for the past several years and still haven’t made any headway. According to a recent study, out of those that make New Year’s Resolutions, only 9% feel successful at the end of the year.
